SunKuna Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Kuna Group, specializing in the design, manufacturing and sales of aluminium profiles in the photovoltaic renewable energy field, Solar mounting systems OEM, automotive aluminum profiles, industrial aluminum profiles, architectural aluminium profiles and various aluminum profile deep processing products. Kuna Group currently has 3 manufacturing bases in Yancheng (Jiangsu), Binzhou (Shandong), and Cambodia.
The Group's domestic and overseas manufacturing bases have a total of more than 30 extrusion lines of various tonnages ranging from 600T to 5500T, with an annual extrusion production capacity of over 300,000 tons. 4 sets aluminum alloy billet DC casting lines, with an annual output of 250,000 tons of aluminum alloy billets; 3 vertical anodize lines and 2 horizontal anodize lines, with an annual anodize production capacity of 200,000 tons; 15 automatic solar panel frame processing lines, with an annual output of 80 million sets of solar panel frames.
We equipped 34 Mazak CNC machines, 18 Mazak CNC lathes, 10 aerospace-grade friction stir welding, 3 fully automatic welding equipment, 1 Hexagon CMM, 60 punching and cutting machines. Its core business covers the design, R&D, manufacturing and processing of PV mounting systems, motor housings, semiconductor equipment, nuclear power accessories, and energy storage enclosures.
Kuna has passed management system certifications including ASI, ISO/TS 16949, and China's Integrated Industrialization and Informatization. It has also been awarded the honors of "National High Tech Enterprise", “Provincial Specialized and Sophisticated SME”, “Provincial Private Science and Technology Enterprise”, “Provincial Enterprise Technology Center”, “Provincial Green Factory”, and “Yancheng Engineering and Technology Research Center”, and so on.
